Our belief is that Sicilian pistachios, from the Bronte region of Sicily, make the best and most authentic gelato. While they have an outer green coating naturally, the flesh of a Sicilian pistachio is a light shade of tan. Hence, the color of our pistachio gelato - the palest shade of tan with a hint of green.
