It's so easy . . . here's how it works:

You . . . place your order on the website, choose preferred shipping method, and create a gift message (if desired), and complete payment.

 We . . . confirm the order information. Our shipping department then packs the products in a re-usable cooler box along with the appropriate amount of dry ice. Your gift message (if submitted) is placed in the box prior to being sealed. Shipments are then consigned to the appropriate shipping company.
