The tropical island nation of Indonesia lies between the Pacific and Indian oceans in Southeast Asia. Composed of more than 18,000 islands, it is the largest archipelago in the world. Our rich Indonesian vanilla blends the creamy sweetness of classic bourbon vanilla, with a luscious woody floral note that contributes to the ice cream’s deep full-bodied flavor.
