Shipping Information

 
Shipping Ice Cream is Complex.  We make it easy.
 
 We guarantee that your package will arrive frozen.  Each package is shipped in a reusable styrene cooler with dry ice.  Shipping destination determines the amount of dry ice that is used.  It's best to open the package immediately upon arrival and to place the contents in your freezer.  Make sure to handle dry ice with gloves.  If you are shipping as a gift, do not worry - all of our packages are marked "keep frozen" and "perishable".  In addition, each package contains a card with instructions for proper handling of dry ice.

 

Why can't we deliver on Mondays?  Because we can't guarantee your package will arrive frozen. If you want your package delivered on a Tuesday, please select the Overnight Shipping option.

 

In order to guarantee same-day processing and shipping, Overnight and Express orders must be placed before Noon CST. Our shipping and handling rates are based on the following delivery options:

 

Standard Shipping - Shipped by FedEx Ground, your package will arrive in 7-10 business days OR LESS from the day we receive your order.  Since there is no transit over the weekend, sometimes your order must be held for shipment until Monday, this is the reason for the possible longer delay.  Your package will not be in transit for 10 days.


Express Shipping - Order by 12:00 pm CST Monday - Wednesday and your package will arrive in 2 days. Orders placed after 12:00 pm CST on Wednesday will arrive the following week.

Overnight Shipping - Order by 12:00 pm CST Monday - Thursday and your package will arrive by the next afternoon.

 

Overnight w/Saturday Delivery - Order by 12:00 pm CST Friday and your package will arrive Saturday.  This is the only method that guarantees Saturday delivery.

 

To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

Tracking information will be sent to the billing email address when your package is shipped.

All orders include 'gift receipts'.  No pricing information is sent.

Due to import/export restrictions, we are unable to ship our products outside the United States.
 
Same day delivery is not possible. 


Remember - Everything we ship is guaranteed to arrive frozen. 
 
 
We do not accept returns.  Please do not attempt to send frozen items back to us. The frozen product will melt before it arrives.  If we have made a mistake, we are more than happy to correct it.
