We ship to all 50 United States.

Consecutive Shipping Days

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are considered shipping days. Saturday and Sunday are not shipping days.

Order Receipt Requirements

Orders need to be placed the prior day to ensure processing and shipment. Same day shipping is possible but not guaranteed.

Shipping Methods Defined

4 or less consecutive shipping days

This method is our lowest cost method and may take up to a full week for delivery. Some orders may be shipped earlier if the location allows for it. If you have any questions on delivery time please contact us @ (866) 858-6380.

2 consecutive shipping days

Delivery will occur two days after we ship the products. (Example) An order is placed Tuesday night, processed and shipped on Wednesday, delivered on Friday. Be careful, orders placed too late in the week will be held until the next week.

1 consecutive shipping day

Delivery will occur the day after the products are shipped. (Example) An order is placed on Wednesday night, processed and shipped on Thursday, delivered on Friday.

Friday shipping with Saturday delivery

Orders requesting Saturday delivery will be shipped on Friday and delivered on Saturday.

Requested Arrival Date Policy

We attempt to meet the arrival dates requested by customers during checkout. We will try and contact you if the arrival date is not possible. Sunday and Monday delivery is not possible. In the event we are not able to contact you we will ship via the method of delivery that is paid for.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address Charge Policy

Be certain to confirm the requested delivery address. Incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur a $10.00 additional charge.

Frozen Delivery Commitment

If a package is damaged in transit or arrives melted we will reship the package on the next available shipping day. Incorrect or incomplete addresses and packages that are not opened in a timely manner, within 10 hours of delivery, are not covered for replacement.

4 Consecutive Shipping Days or less	Your order will arrive in 4 consecutive shipping days from the date your order is placed. Orders received too late in the week will be held unitl the next week for shipment. 4 Consecutive Shipping Days is not available for the states of Alaska, Hawaii,

2 Consecutive Shipping Days	Your order will arrive 2 consecutive shipping days from the first available shipping day.

1 Consecutive Shipping Day	Your order will arrive 1 shipping day from the first available shipping day. Available shipping days for 1 day shipments are Mon, Tue, Wed, and Thu.

Friday Shipping with Saturday Delivery	Saturday delivery is only available when combined with 1 Day shipping on Friday.

IceCreamSource.com packages every order to make sure that your products arrive frozen, fresh and ready to eat. Please remember ice cream and other related frozen items are perishable. We recommend promptly removing all perishable items from the shipping container and placing them in the freezer as soon as possible after delivery.
