Monday THROUGH Friday is considered our consecutive day shipping period. Saturday and Sunday are not shipping days.
Shipping Methods Defined
4 or less consecutive shipping days
This method is our lowest cost method and may take up to 10 days for delivery, depending on when the order is placed. Some orders may be shipped earlier if the location allows for it. If you have any questions on delivery time please contact us at (866) 858-6380. Orders must be placed before Noon CST for same day processing and shipping.
2 or less consecutive shipping days
Delivery will occur two days after we ship the products. (Example) An order is placed Tuesday night, processed and shipped on Wednesday, delivered on Friday. Be careful, orders placed too late in the week will be held until the next week. Orders must be placed before Noon CST for same day processing and shipping.
1 consecutive shipping day
Delivery will occur the day after the products are shipped. (Example) An order is placed on Wednesday night, processed and shipped on Thursday, delivered on Friday. Orders must be placed before Noon CST for same day processing and shipping.
Friday shipping with Saturday delivery
Orders requesting Saturday delivery will be shipped on Friday and delivered on Saturday. Orders must be placed before Noon CST on Friday for same day processing and shipping.
Requested Arrival Date Policy
We attempt to meet the arrival dates requested by customers during checkout. We will try and contact you if the arrival date is not possible. Sunday and Monday delivery is not possible. In the event we are not able to contact you we will ship via the method of delivery that is paid for.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address Charge Policy
Be certain to confirm the requested delivery address. Incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur a $10.00 additional charge.
Frozen Delivery Commitment
If a package is damaged in transit or arrives melted we will reship the package on the next available shipping day. Incorrect or incomplete addresses and packages that are not opened in a timely manner, within 10 hours of delivery, are not covered for replacement. |
